EXPERIENCE

Principal of Lopez-Cediel office since 1987. Since the begining of the office many housing projects have been designed, some of which have been recognized in architectural competitions as the first prize in the "Colonia Fin de Semana", the second prize "100 Butarque Social Housing" and finalist projects of "Pegaso City Social Housing".

During this time there have been also designed single houses projects, new design and renovations.

To this previous experience is added the experience gained as architect ot the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Spain for more than 15 years. During this time of collaboration many projects have been designed and built for embassies and consulates of Spain in many countries, gaining extensive experience in the development of institutional building projects and works abroad.

Legal expert and Appraiser Architect, advising various agencies and entities.

INFOINVEST Technical Director (Real Estate company SEPI Holding)  in 2005 and 2006.

Delegate of "Vallehermoso Real Estate company" in Canary islands  in 2007.

EXPERIENCE

After completing studies in architecture, she began to work as site manager, where she acquired extensive experience in the construction of residential buildings and developments and participated in the development of projects. 

From 2005 she began to collaborate with various architectural firms. In these years develops housing projects, office buildings and rehabilitation and management of the works. The work of these years is awarded with the first prize won by the project of 111 apartments in Colmenar Viejo, to which is added the second prize for the rehabilitation project for Renfe offices and rehabilitation AVS accesit San Cristobal de los Angeles. 

In recent years she has specialized in the field of rehabilitation of buildings through participation in various courses of the Polytechnic University of Madrid subsequently implemented the intervention in numerous works of rehabilitation of buildings in the colony of San Cristobal of Angels.

Since 2010 collaborates with Lopez-Cediel architects in the office.
